MORES induction of new officers

Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines Inc. (MORES), the premiere professional organization of research and opinion polling agencies as well as market research practitioners in the Philippines, recently presented its new set of officers.

Dr. Arsenio Balisacan (4th from left), Chairman of the Philippine Competition Commission, led the induction ceremonies.

Evelyn Aguilar (Unilab, Inc.), President; Prescy Marcelo (Prestige Market Research Services), Treasurer; Issa Baron (GoodThinking), Vice President for Programs and Vicky Abad (Kantar Insights Phils.), Secretary.

Other officers not in photo are: Edgar Gomez (Grand Marketing Research Plus), Director for Professional Development; Carole Sarthou (Consumer Republiq), Director for Professional Standards; and Alex Duterrage( Kantar World Panel), Director.

This year, MORES shall focus on the changing face of marketing research where the combination of big data, traditional market research and digital technology can be used to come up with more meaningful insights.
