BPI Foundation, the social innovation arm of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Athika Overseas Workers and Communities Initiative Inc. for the BPI Sulong program, a financial education and reintegration program for Filipino domestic workers and their families back in the Philippines.

Atikha, a non-government organization that provides financial education and social services to overseas Filipino workers, will strengthen the BPI Sulong program.

This year, both organizations seek to expand the program to Hong Kong and Singapore domestic workers, including their families.

This reintegration program will also involve the use of digital channels, and more government and private stakeholders who can help reach more beneficiaries.
