The oath-taking ceremony was held before the city’s barangay captains, sectoral representatives, and national government officials—who gave their full support to the elected leaders of the city.

In his speech, Mayor AJAM thanked the city for their trust and support for Team AJAM in the May polls.

“We will continue this governance that embraces all. Walang iiwanan. Sa atin ang pamahalaang bukas, makatao, at walang pinipiling paglingkuran [No one will be left behind. Ours is a government that is open, humane, with no partisanship in providing service].”

Mayor AJAM invited officials and fellow Tomasinos to join him when he delivers his State of the City Address (SOCA) on July 30.

He added that the SOCA will “present an assessment of the city’s past programs, present projects, and plans for a more progressive, safer, and more vibrant City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas.”
