Sandari Batulao officially turned over lots to some of its clients in a ceremony held on August 21, 2025, in Batulao, Nasugbu, Batangas. Some lot owners and their families were welcomed to the community and received their respective documents, including land titles, certificates of full payment, and deeds of absolute sale, depending on their account status.
Executives and key staff of Citystate Properties and Management Corporation (CPMC), the developer of Sandari Batulao under the ALC Group of Companies, attended the event to conduct the Community and Construction Orientation.
The orientation was led by Mr. Mark Anthony Almazora of the Marketing and Communications Department. Ms. Joanna P. De Villa from the Accounting Department discussed payment schedules and monthly contributions, while Engineer Neil Aguila provided reminders and guidelines on construction. Ms. Jean Esteron, Senior Documentation and Titling Manager, spoke on the titling and documentation process. Club Ananda Account Officer Mr. Rodel Rivera explained the use of clubhouse amenities, and Property Management Supervisor Ms. Kathleen Rodriguez discussed community policies.
After the orientation, the present lot owners were driven to their respective properties—most of which are located in the DIMA area—where they posed for photographs with their families on the sites where they will soon build their homes. Excitement filled the atmosphere as many expressed joy in seeing their lots for the first time. A tree planting activity followed the turnover, reinforcing the development’s focus on wellness and sustainability.
In his remarks, Mr. Almazora highlighted the significance of the milestone. “Sandari Batulao is more than just lots and houses—it is a community where families can thrive and nature can be preserved. Today is not just about turning over land; it is about planting roots, building dreams, and nurturing a future together,” he said.
Beyond the formal turnover, the event also reflects CPMC’s ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience in the post-purchase stage. By creating opportunities for engagement, orientation, and community-building, the company underscores its commitment to not only deliver properties but also to foster long-term relationships with its clients.
This ceremony marks only the beginning. Turnovers will be held regularly as more lot owners are welcomed into the growing Sandari Batulao community—stay tuned for the next one.
