All surveyed branches earned top marks for outstanding service delivery
The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) achieved a 100% success rate in the 2025 Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0, with all ten of its surveyed branches earning national recognition for outstanding public service.
Out of 904 government agencies evaluated nationwide, only 59 received an award, and GSIS proudly secured ten of those spots. This significant achievement highlights the state pension fund’s successful efforts to comply with Republic Act No. 11032, the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act.
The GSIS Iloilo and General Santos branches were granted Gold Awards for achieving an “Excellent” rating. The Gold Award is the highest recognition, reserved for government offices that attain a score between 95% and 100%.
In addition, eight GSIS offices earned Silver Awards for their “Very Satisfactory” performance. These include the GSIS Head Office in Pasay City and its branches in Cotabato, Dagupan, Dumaguete, Maasin, Malaybalay, Butuan, and Tuguegarao.
“Providing ‘Ginhawa’ or comfort to our members and pensioners is the heart of our mission, and these awards affirm that we are on the right path,” GSIS President and General Manager Wick Veloso said. “That all our surveyed branches received an award is a powerful validation of our employees’ hard work. We are dedicated to make every transaction for our stakeholders faster, more accessible, and more convenient, because they deserve nothing less.”
The ARTA Report Card Survey is a comprehensive evaluation tool that assesses frontline service quality, facility adequacy, and citizen satisfaction. The recognition ceremony, held at Conrad Manila last October 23, celebrated top-performing agencies that have demonstrated exemplary adherence to the government’s directive to streamline processes and eliminate red tape.
