This was followed by welcome remarks from Christopher Satulan, who reflected on community, commitment, and how platforms like OEd continue to change lives one learner at a time. A message from Founder Dr. Amable C. Aguiluz IX, delivered by Oliver Vergara, honored OEd’s long-standing legacy—an education system designed to adapt to students, not the other way around.
