Manila, PhilippinesDecember 15, 2025 — Carmie Pascual de Leon, a transformative Filipina leader whose work spans healthcare, wellness, and community development, has been recognized by the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Network (AWEN) as one of its 2025 awardees for outstanding leadership and impact across Southeast Asia.

De Leon serves as the Country General Manager of RadLink Philippines and Executive Health Screening (EHS) Lead of Fullerton Health Philippines, trusted healthcare brands known for operating the country’s first dedicated executive health screening and advanced diagnostic imaging center. She is widely regarded for championing accessible, innovative, and high-quality health solutions nationwide. Rising through the ranks with determination and faith, she has become one of the Philippines’ most influential voices in healthcare transformation and patient-centered service.

In her leadership role, de Leon oversees operations, promotes preventive care, and develops corporate health programs that drive productivity, sustainability, and long-term well-being. Her efforts have elevated advanced diagnostic imaging services, improved executive health screening, and expanded holistic wellness programs across industries and communities. Her health education initiatives have inspired healthier habits and encouraged organizations to integrate wellness as a core strategy.

De Leon is also leading a shift toward more compassionate healthcare delivery through the introduction of a new Caring Ecosystem and 5-Star Service Excellence framework. These initiatives aim to enhance patient and employee experience, foster empathy, and set higher standards of efficiency and human-centered care in the industry.

Beyond her corporate role, de Leon serves as chairwoman of the Wellbeing Committee of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). She is an active member of key business organizations, including the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines, the American Chamber of Commerce, and the Management Association of the Philippines, where she advocates for wellness, women’s leadership, and ethical, purpose-driven business.

Her commitment to holistic well-being extends to creative pursuits and community advocacy. De Leon is an author, artist, upcycling champion, media host, and fitness instructor, using movement, creativity, and storytelling to promote healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. Grounded in faith and family, she continues to mentor future leaders and encourages the next generation to live with purpose, humility, and integrity.

Fullerton Health Philippines celebrated de Leon’s recognition following the awarding ceremony in Phnom Penh, Cambodia last November 21, where distinguished women leaders from across ASEAN were honored. The organization said her win reinforces its mission to make quality healthcare more accessible to all.

The ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Network is a regional alliance that champions women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment across the 10 ASEAN member states.
