Baccarat Rouge 540 evokes the density and transparency of crystal around three inherent auras. The mineral aura, a metaphor for crystal itself carried by AmbroxanTM, recalls the ambery, dry and woody facets of ambergris. The aura of fire, echoing the gradual fusion at 540° degrees Celsius that turns crystal into its scarlet red hue, is suggested by the pairing of a saffron accord and ethyl-maltol which forms the gourmand facet of the composition. Air, or the breath of know-how, declares itself thanks to the airy notes of hedione with jasmine accents.
