Binan City Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor GEL Alonte receive the recognition given to the city as belonging to the Top 3 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 and to the Top 7 for FY 2022 on Year-on-Year Growth in Local Source Revenues in the entire Philippines.
The recognition was given by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) for the Biñan City government’s outstanding financial management, sustainable growth initiatives, effective revenue generation and resource mobilization efforts.
Finance Secretary Ralph Recto led the BLGF in bestowing the honor to Biñan City at the Seda Manila Bay in Parañaque City.
