Eastwood Richmonde Hotel’s Executive Chef Vic Barangan

Presenting not only great value but also satisfying, innovative, and delicious food items, the Chef’s Specials of Eastwood Richmonde Hotel’s Eastwood Café+Bar are back this month. The theme is “Mundial (or global) Cuisine” which, according to Executive Chef Vic Barangan, combines local and international cooking styles and ingredients to create original gourmet masterpieces.

U.S. short ribs braised in Mr. Apo coffee (PhP 995 nett)

The Chef’ Specials is a collection of delectable entrées that are served with free bread, salad, soup, and dessert for a complete and filling meal you can enjoy any time of the day. For this period, the main dishes consist of U.S. short ribs braised in Mr. Apo coffee (PhP 995nett); Abra organic chicken a la kiev with salted egg butter (PhP 995nett); parrotfish fillet with tamarind, cilantro, jicama, and Zambales mangoes (PhP 895nett); and Australian lamb shank cooked adobar-style with garlic and hollandaise (PhP 985nett).

Chef’s Specials: Choice of entrée with free artisan bread, salad, soup and dessert

Completing the mouth-watering meal are the complimentary tasty preludes of artisan bread with flavored butter and tomato jam; compressed watermelon salad with basil, olives, goat’s cheese, rocket leaves, and radish; and Tortellini Royale soup made of consommé with adlai, tortellini of chicken, and mushroom dexelles.

Dessert Mélange

The “Dessert Mélange” which also comes free with each entrée order, offers an assortment of treats that include pistachio bark, spiced walnuts, cured egg yolk, basil oil, coral sponge cake, cream cheese and vanilla ice cream.
