The Laguna Provincial Urban Development and Housing Office (PUDHO) led the awarding of Certificates of Land Title (CLTs) to members of Maita Ville Homeowners Association (HOA) in Barangay Cabanbanan in Pagsanjan, Laguna at the Provincial Capitol Time Plaza in Sta. Cruz on 07 April 2025. Provincial Administrator Atty. Dulce H. Rebanal, together with PUDHO Head Mr. Vivencio G. Malabanan, handed over a total of 246 CLTs to the beneficiaries who were represented by members of said HOA Board of Directors, namely, Helena Caparin, Esmeralda Coralera, Norma Daigo, Jovita Aquino at Andielita Cullano.
