The Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) Jobs and Education cluster, headed by Go Negosyo’s Joey Concepcion, and AC Education and Private Sector Jobs and Skills Corporation (PCORP) Chair Fred Ayala, recently led the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between the Civil Service Commission (CSC), PCORP, and the National University of Singapore Institute of Systems Science (NUS-ISS). The MOA formalizes a public-private partnership agreement to enhance the digital competencies of mid-to-senior-level civil servants in the Philippines through intensive training via the CSC’s Civil Service Institute’s Digital Leadership Programme (DLP).
