The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPOST) is celebrating its month-long Corporate Anniversary with the launching of National Philatelic Exhibition 2025 (NAPEX), a 3-day activity showcasing the biggest and most exciting Philatelic (Stamps) in the country to be held at Lucky Chinatown Mall Level 1 Atrium in historic Binondo Manila.
This April marks PHLPost’s thirty-three years as a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) fulfilling its objective of providing an efficient and on-time delivery of communications, goods and payment services of every Filipino Community.
PHLPost commemorated its anniversary with the passing of Republic Act 7354, otherwise known as the Philippine Postal Service Act of 1992 paved the way for the corporatization of then Postal Service Office (PSO).
According to PHLPost, the exhibit will showcase various stamp collections up for competition, where seventeen known stamp collectors will display their priceless collections to the public.
PHLPost has partnered with the Philippine Philatelic Federation Inc. (PPFI) and Lucky Chinatown Mall to organize this event participated in by Stamp clubs from all over the country.
Postmaster General Luis D. Carlos said that this much-anticipated annual event celebrates the enduring power of philately—a passion that brings history to life, connects cultures, and showcases the stories of our time through the humble yet powerful medium of postage stamps.
PHLPost is greatly honored to welcome Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh, Secretary General of the Asian Pacific Postal Union (APPU). “His continued support for regional collaboration and cultural exchange through philately is deeply appreciated”, Carlos added.

In celebration of the vibrant and diverse cultural heritage of the Philippines, the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) proudly released a special set of stamps and souvenir sheets showcasing iconic Philippine Festivals on 25 April 2025.
This colorful collection features dynamic illustrations from some of the country’s most beloved celebrations, including the Kadayawan Festival (Davao City), Panagbenga Festival (Baguio City), Singkaban Festival (Bulacan), and Sinulog Festival (Cebu City).
Each stamp captures these cultural events’ spirit, joy, and artistry through vivid imagery and traditional costumes, highlighting the regional pride and communal unity that these festivals bring. From floral parades to religious processions, the series pays tribute to the unique ways Filipinos celebrate life, faith, and tradition.
