The keynote speech was given during the Philippine Association of Water Districts’s (PAWD) Convergence 2018 held recently at the Baguio Country Club in Camp John Hay.
With the theme “Ensuring Quality Materials for Effective Water Operations,” hundreds of guests and participants from all over the country took part in exhibits and presentations during the two-day event.30
