“We are more than happy to participate in this year’s foodpanda PAUtastic event,” said George Royeca, CEO of Angkas. “This is a pivotal moment for us in the industry to focus on what truly matters – supporting our riders and acknowledging their hard work and dedication. We see this partnership with foodpanda as a step towards a more unified front in ensuring the welfare and rights of all our riders.”

The event drew thousands of foodpanda bikers, all coming together to participate in a series of competitions, and social gatherings designed to foster a sense of community and mutual respect among the riders. Highlights of the event include fun competitive games, with plenty of prizes and giveaways to be won.

Angkas’s participation in the PAUtastic event is also a testament to the company’s commitment to the Angkasangga Nominee program, an initiative dedicated to recognizing and rewarding outstanding riders for their service and dedication. By joining forces with foodpanda for this event, Angkas aims to extend its advocacy for rider welfare beyond its own platform, reaching out to a broader audience and making a stronger impact on the community.

“The strength of our service lies in the hands of our riders,” Royeca emphasized. “By coming together in events like these, we not only celebrate their contributions but also reinforce the message that we are all in this together – stronger, and more resilient.”
