Provides insights on new Calatagan development

Citystate Properties and Management Corporation (CPMC) held an exclusive event, Sandari’s Investors Night, on June 11, 2024, at Azumi Boutique Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The event introduced potential investors to CPMC’s newest development, Sandari Calatagan, a beachfront property in Batangas known for its focus on holistic wellness. Sandari Calatagan promises a lifestyle that integrates wellness with nature.

The highlight of the evening was an insightful speech by Calatagan Mayor Peter Oliver Palacio, who discussed the bountiful investment opportunities in Calatagan, Batangas.

Mayor Palacio emphasized Calatagan’s potential for growth, especially under the stewardship of credible developers like CPMC. “We are glad na nasa Calatagan na ang Citystate Properties, known developer. Ang hinahanap ng isang bayan, ng mga mayors ay credible developers, para at least yung development dire-diretso,” Palacio said.

Mayor Palacio also highlighted the impressive influx of tourists to Calatagan, especially during peak seasons. This surge in tourism highlights the growing popularity and improving infrastructure of Calatagan, making it an increasingly attractive destination for both short-term visitors and long-term investors. “Last Holy week—Holy Week alone—100,000 tourist arrivals. Most of them ay nag-overnight. May data rin kami—2022 yung 645,000, 19,000 nag-overnight. Ibig sabihin, almost 15% at last year’s 695,000, 333,00 ang nag-overnight. Meaning, nag-improve ang aming accommodation. Nasa mga 48% ang nag-overnight.”

Palacio compared Calatagan to Forbes Park in Makati, emphasizing Calatagan’s prestige and highlighting its appeal as a destination for the elite, now poised for revitalization and modern luxury through developments like Sandari Calatagan. “Sabi nga po before ang Calatagan ay Forbes Park ng Batangas, hideout of the rich and famous. Marami pong pumupunta doon na mga ambassadors, mga government officials, mga artists,” Palacio said.

Citystate Savings Bank’s Home Loan Unit Head Vannesa May D. Salazar provided valuable wealth management strategies to help investors maximize their returns.

Meanwhile, CPMC’s Vice President for Sales and Marketing, Rowena Riego De Dios, and Assistant Vice President for Marketing Mark Anthony Almazora shared insights on wellness; and detailed plans and visions for the development.

“What truly sets Sandari Calatagan apart is our focus on holistic wellness. While wellness is often associated only with physical health, we believe in nurturing the overall wellbeing of our residents. This includes their mental, social, spiritual, and financial wellness, in addition to physical health. At Sandari Calatagan, we’re not just building homes; we’re cultivating a lifestyle centered on holistic wellbeing,” Riego-De Dios said.

Sandari promotes wellness through its three core principles: eat, sleep, and move. These principles are incorporated into every aspect of the development, from its amenities to its design philosophy.

“We designed spaces to accommodate a healthy lifestyle, such as parks that promote walking, running, and other forms of movement. Additionally, Calatagan is designed to provide relaxation. This embodies our core principles: Eat, Move, and Sleep,” Riego-De Dios said.

Positive testimonials from existing Sandari clients were also presented, highlighting the satisfaction and benefits experienced by Sandari’s current patrons. “For Calatagan, we immediately like the residential area since it has an ocean view. And when we went to the beach area, we said this is it. Our kids loved playing in the beach area. It is nice and serene water only. We can see the vision on how it will be developed as a great residential area with beach club access,” Jayson and Marianne Therese shared.

Property consultants were on hand throughout the evening to assist clients and answer any questions regarding the project. In a special promotion, clients who purchased or reserved a lot during the event received discounts.

The event was graced by the presence of D. Edgard A. Cabangon, Chairman of the ALC Group of Companies. Cabangon expressed his gratitude to the government officials of Calatagan, extending his commitment to be a strong partner in the community’s growth. He pledged to bring Calatagan to new heights of success, aligning perfectly with Sandari Calatagan’s vision for the area.

Sandari’s Investors Night provided clients with comprehensive information about the municipality of Calatagan, the specifics of the Sandari Calatagan project, and valuable investment insights. This event marks another step forward in CPMC’s mission to create exceptional living spaces that prioritize wellness and sustainable living.
