‘TAGINTING: 70 Years of Bayanihan Legacy’ staged at Metropolitan Theater

The Bayanihan Folk Arts Foundation, Inc. will stage the gala performance of its 70th season production at the Metropolitan Theater, Manila on August 28, 2026 at 7:30 pm.

Titled “Taginting: 70 Years of Bayanihan Legacy”, it will showcase Bayanihan’s legacy, artistry, and continuing commitment to Philippine culture.

The milestone production is a celebration of the Philippines’ rich cultural heritage through the artistry of dance. From Bayanihan’s timeless traditions to contemporary artistic expressions, the 70th season production reflects Bayanihan’s 70 years of commitment to artistic excellence, cultural preservation, and the promotion of Philippine identity through the performing arts.
