Cardinal Santos Medical Center unveils the newest addition to its services, FemiLift, last March 14 at the Comprehensive Women’s Care Unit (CWCU). FemiLift is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure that seeks to treat various feminine conditions in a quick, painless and safe way.
The unveiling event was spearheaded by Dr. Catherine Howard of the OB-GYN Department with the support of SVP and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Zenaida Javier-Uy and colleagues from the CWCU.
A short message about the tedious preparations was given by Dr. Anita Matilda Poblete, Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
“It’s come to the time that women are more proactive when it comes to their health, including their sexual reproductive health. We shall strike while the iron is hot and while we are still considered the forefront institution to house this. Cheers to us.” Dr. Poblete said.
