EULAT for Culture, is an allied event of Design Week Philippines 2022 in collaboration with the EUNIC cluster in Manila and RIDCULT through the Embassy of Spain in the Philippines will address these issues at the Instituto Cervantes de Manila, Intramuros, Manila from Oct. 15 to 22, 2022.
