SMDC marks its first Turnover Ceremony in Visayas

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) celebrated a significant milestone as Style Residences in Iloilo held its Turnover Ceremony and Property Blessing, coinciding with the annual Dinagyang Festival celebration.

SMDC President Jose Mari Banzon addressed the gathering, expressing his excitement and gratitude for the successful completion of Style Residences. In his speech, he remarked, “Style Residences is the first project that we’re turning over in the Southern Philippines. Our Southern Philippine projects all went through the same challenges—the pandemic—but this is the first one that we’re able to finish, and I attribute that to the resilience and the hard-working culture of the Ilonggos.”

Banzon continued, “Thank you very much to the buyers and residents who are here and who trusted us with their investment.”

UNPARALLELED CONVENIENCE

Style Residences offers an unparalleled convenience to residents, being nestled at the heart of Iloilo City’s premier Lifestyle District—SM City Iloilo. The development boasts immediate access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, standing as an extension of residents’ homes.

As one of the fastest-growing cities in the Visayas, Iloilo City serves as the gateway to prominent provinces such as Bacolod City, Guimaras, Antique, Roxas, Kalibo, and Aklan (Boracay). For businesses expanding outside of Manila, Iloilo offers an ideal starting point with 50 BPO & KPO companies, 804 financial institutions, and 63 private & government colleges and universities.

Style Residences is not only a testament to the booming real estate market in Iloilo City but also a great investment opportunity. With major infrastructure developments connecting cities and the bustling commercial and lifestyle complex of Iloilo City, the condominium stands as a beacon of growth.

Now ready for occupancy, Style Residences allows buyers to immediately embrace a premium and convenient lifestyle, living in a home beside the mall with complete resort-style amenities.

The development’s amenities cater to both active and passive lifestyles, featuring Active Zones for outdoor pursuits and Passive Zones for relaxation. Among these amenities are swimming pools, a covered basketball court, Centrale Lounge, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

As Iloilo City continues to rise as an emerging investment destination, SMDC’s inaugural project in the Visayas, Style Residences, stands poised to define a new standard of living, blending convenience, accessibility, and a lifestyle fit for the dynamic market.
