Sto. Tomas, Batangas Mayor Atty. Arth Jhun Aguilar Marasigan was elected as FOCAL MAYOR for Games and Amusement at the recently concluded 44th Convergence & 77th National Executive Board Meeting of the League of Cities of the Philippines held in Cebu City last April 11.

His leadership method in the City of Sto. Tomas was one of the bases of the League of Cities of the Philippines in this assignment. This proves that he can contribute greatly to the continued progress and development of cities in the country.
