The newly renovated Fleur de Lis was one of the evening’s highlights. The evening’s menu, led by Executive Chef and General Manager Kevin Endaya, showcased Lemuria’s commitment to quality and careful preparation. Chef Kevin’s cooking style values freshness and restraint, allowing ingredients and pairings to shine. His belief in doing things properly, without unnecessary shortcuts, is central to the restaurant’s kitchen philosophy.
