MANILA, Philippines (October 2026) — China Blue by Jereme Leung, the signature Chinese restaurant of Conrad Manila, has once again been recognized in the 2027 MICHELIN Guide Philippines, reaffirming its position among the country’s most distinguished culinary destinations.

Conrad Manila’s signature Chinese restaurant is recognized once again as one of the country’s distinguished dining destinations.

The distinction marks another milestone in the restaurant’s decade-long pursuit of culinary excellence, joining a select roster of establishments recognized for their commitment to exceptional cuisine, refined craftsmanship, and memorable guest experiences.

“To be recognized by the MICHELIN Guide once again is a tremendous honor for our team,” said Rupert Hallam, general manager of Conrad Manila. “This distinction reflects the passion, creativity, and dedication that our culinary and service teams bring to every guest experience. As Conrad Manila celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, this recognition makes the occasion even more meaningful and inspires us to continue delivering dining experiences of the highest standard.”

The MICHELIN Guide Philippines, first introduced in 2025, celebrates restaurants that demonstrate excellence in cuisine, consistency, and innovation. Selections are made independently by MICHELIN’s anonymous inspectors, who assess establishments based on the quality of ingredients, mastery of cooking techniques, harmony of flavors, personality of the cuisine, value for money, and consistency across multiple visits.

Curated by internationally acclaimed master chef Jereme Leung and brought to life by Conrad Manila’s award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chinese Chef Eng Yew Khow, China Blue by Jereme Leung continues to set itself apart through its contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinese cuisine.

This year, the restaurant further enriched its offerings with the introduction of new à la carte creations, showcasing innovative flavors while remaining rooted in authentic culinary heritage. Among the new specialties are the roasted stuffed pigeon with seafood treasure and abalone; braised whole abalone (2 heads) with sea cucumber, morel mushrooms, and crab meat; and baked lobster with white wine and cheese sauce. These new offerings and signature favorites, paired with attentive service and an elegant setting, have established the restaurant as a preferred venue for refined gatherings, family celebrations, and business meetings.

Adding to this year’s achievements, China Blue by Jereme Leung was also honored at the 2026 World Luxury Restaurant Awards, receiving the following distinctions:

China Blue by Jereme Leung: Best Chinese Cuisine – Global Winner

China Blue by Jereme Leung: Best Luxury Family Restaurant in Philippines
