Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI), the bottling arm of Coca-Cola in the country, inked a partnership with Cartrack—a leading global provider of vehicle telematics wholly owned by Nasdaq-listed Karooooo Limited—as its operational mobility partner to update and digitalize its on-the-ground operations in the Philippines.

Cartrack’s mobility cloud platform will deliver real-time actionable insights to CCBPI in operating its fleet—a system encompassing system integration and connectivity, customer service and delivery management, fleet safety and administration, risk mitigation, and eco-efficiency.

CCBPI believes that insights provided by Cartrack’s technology in operating its fleet and equipment will deepen the Company’s reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction—giving it increased efficiency and productivity in their operations, as well as an opportunity to reduce operating costs.

“We at CCBPI ensure that every bottle of Coca-Cola that you see in the market was made and delivered following the highest quality standards. We take running an efficient fleet very seriously as our value chain depends on a seamless and productive transport system to deliver our products to all our customers across the country,” said Atty. He added: “With CCBPI operating one of, if not the biggest truck fleet in the Philippines—with almost 3,000 trucks and over 2,000 sales service vehicles—Cartrack’s mobility platform will provide us with valuable data to improve planning and maximize our transportation resources at any given time and location, as we transport almost 24 million beverages in the Philippines daily.”

PARTNERS IN INNOVATION. The agreement equips every Coca-Cola truck and service vehicle in the Philippines with state-of-the-art fleet and equipment management services to optimize operations.
