Mayor Arman Dimaguila Jr. and CSWD Officer Olay Casbadillo accepted five awards for the city of Biñan from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) CALABARZON on Feb. 15.
The Recognition of Outstanding Contribution to the City Awards was held at the Batangas Provincial Auditorium.
In Mayor Arman’s testimonial speech, he shared the city’s various best practices regarding social welfare such as grandparent’s pension, handing out aid, financial and medical assistance, programs for PWDs, and others.
The awards received by the City are:
