This is facilitated through a partnership with the Department of Labor in the Cordillera Autonomous Region (DOLE-CAR) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority – Cordillera Autonomous Region (TESDA-CAR).

The tripartite partnership was signed at the Foundever in Baguio City headquarters, and the agreement is expected to transform the local labor landscape. Present during the partnership signing were Foundever’s Baguio Site Lead Vida Haboc; Talent Acquisition Director Rowel Villalobos; DOLE-CAR Assistant General Director OIC Emerito Narag Ph.D.; and TESDA-CAR Assistant Regional Director Jimmicio Daoaten.
