SM Supermalls achieved its 10,000th Hired-On-The-Spot (HOTS) since it started its weekly job fair in January 2024. Jolina Manaloto, a former teacher who applied at Watsons as a Pharmacy Assistant, was the 10,000 HOTS in the recent job fair held in SM Megamall. In partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Public Employment Service Office (PESO), SM Supermalls continues its advocacy to connect job seekers with employers across the country, furthering its commitment to empower Filipinos and their communities.
