ALC Group of Companies was honored by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Caloocan City Chapter during the “Partners in Service and Blood Donors Month Awarding” held on July 30, 2024, at the CVC Plaza – GPC Hall, 700 Pioneer Building, Grace Park, Brgy. 90, Caloocan City.
Ms. Carisa Angela C. De Mesa, Head of the Central Human Resources Division of the ALC Group of Companies, represented the organization and received the award in recognition of the ALC Group’s “exceptional commitment and outstanding efforts in organizing blood donation events with the Philippine Red Cross Caloocan City Chapter, thereby supporting its mission to ensure a continuous and safe blood supply for those in need,” as cited on the certificate.
In celebration of Blood Donors Month, ALC Group employees also participated in the blood donation drive, further demonstrating their commitment to this critical cause. This initiative aligns with the ALC Group’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, which include a series of blood donation drives conducted across its member companies.
Chairman D. Edgard A. Cabangon expressed his gratitude to the Philippine Red Cross Caloocan City for the recognition, stating, “Thank you to PRC Caloocan City for the recognition. Rest assured that the ALC Group will do our best to extend help for the betterment of the lives of our fellow Filipinos.
