At SM City Iloilo’s Foodie Festival, croissant lovers were in for a treat last September 29, 2024! Chef Buboy Wutrich of Theo’s Restaurant • Bakery crafted a jaw-dropping 500 croissants, offering unique flavors like Ube Halaya, Bukayo, and the classic plain.

Attendees were treated to a free tasting, showcasing Chef Buboy’s mastery in creating perfectly flaky pastries. This event not only satisfied cravings but also highlighted Iloilo’s recognition as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. It was a delicious celebration of local talent and flavors, uniting foodies from all over the city and beyond!
