Its facade is a stunning mix of grand Chinese-inspired walls accented with graffiti Foo Dogs — ancient symbols of protection and prosperity, given a cool, contemporary twist. Materials like breeze blocks, timber panels, and granolithic finishes add texture and warmth, making the space feel both welcoming and intriguing.
As for the dining experience, expect it to become interactive. Viewing panels and a serving window give diners a peek into the action inside the kitchen. So it is not just about serving food — it’s about showcasing the craft and care that go into every dish.

As Group Executive Chef for Paradise Group, he launched award-winning concepts and earned top honors, including a Gold Medal at Food and Hospitality Asia’s Imperial Challenge in 2012.
Now, he’s bringing that same dedication to Manila, offering a new way to experience authentic yet contemporary Chinese cuisine.

While the full menu of Chef Fung Private Kitchen is still under wraps, expect some of Chef Fung’s signature dishes to also reach Manila. One dish that will make World Kitchens diners excited is his Peking Duck, which is considered the best in Singapore. It is a study of the most delectable crispy skin and succulent duck meat, served with 5 unique wraps and 5 dipping sauces. This extra special dish is enjoyed with a choice of Original, Pumpkin, Spinach, Bamboo Charcoal, or Beetroot wraps, and their fancied Traditional, Black Pepper, Sesame, Seafood, or Special Mixed sauces.
Another signature dish to watch out for is Classic Superior Shark’s Fin, a hot bowl of good flavorful Supreme Broth accompanied with crispy spring roll and served in stone pot.
