VIA GRAPHIC PLUS — Sprouts.ai, an AI-native startup delivering Revenue Agents for B2B enterprises through a proprietary go-to-market (GTM) data layer, has raised $9 million in Pre-Series A funding. The round was co-led by True Global Ventures (TGV) and Accel, with participation from Kickstart Ventures, bringing the company’s total funding to $14 million.
The Palo Alto-based startup helps enterprises identify, engage, and convert ideal customers through its Deep AI GTM Engine, which combines customer intelligence and AI-powered workflows in a single platform.
“The B2B revenue stack is broken. Sales and marketing teams operate across more than 20 tools, work off dirty data, and bolt AI on top of infrastructure that was never built for it. We built Sprouts.ai to replace that fragmentation with a unified data and agent layer that actually moves the pipeline,” said Karan Chaudhry, co-founder and CEO of Sprouts.ai.
In the Philippines, data quality, system integration, and customer visibility remain persistent hurdles as enterprises modernize their sales and marketing operations. As a result, building a complete view of customers and coordinating go-to-market efforts effectively remains a challenge for many businesses.
As organizations struggle with siloed data and CRM accuracy rates of just 60%-70%, Sprouts.ai enables more effective go-to-market execution. The new funding will support enhanced AI agent capabilities, deeper enterprise integrations, and continued platform growth.

Connected to enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and large language models like Claude, it helps teams move from fragmented workflows to more coordinated execution.
With global brands such as Razorpay, Hewlett Packard, HighRadius, and Udemy already on its platform, Sprouts.ai customers have reported a 3x increase in ICP-qualified leads, a 25% lift in Sales Qualified Leads, a 3x improvement in response rates, and a 35% reduction in GTM tooling costs.
