Singer, songwriter, and producer Ivoris has finally released her highly anticipated debut album, ‘Pour My Heart Out’, marking the most radiant chapter in her artistic journey so far.
The 10-track album invites listeners into Ivoris’ distinctly dreamy world, where romance, nostalgia and powerful emotions come together. Deeply inspired by the ocean, Ivoris likens the expansiveness of the sea to the human heart — both vast, ever-changing and capable of holding endless emotion. Across ‘Pour My Heart Out’, soaring strings, ocean waves and sparkling melodies come together in a 2000s nostalgia-tinged soundscape, while her silky-sweet vocals deliver deeply introspective reflections on love, longing and the beauty of feeling deeply.
“‘Pour My Heart Out’ feels just like me. It’s about having a really absorbent heart, one that is constantly overflowing with emotions. The shimmer, the sadness, the sand. This album world has been glowing inside my heart for a while now, and I can’t wait for you to dive in,” Ivoris shares.
The album’s focus track “Lipgloss”, featuring Manila-based artist Clara Benin, explores the idea of cosmic love — a connection that feels destined by the universe. Capturing the push and pull of a relationship and the desire to hold onto someone’s love and attention, the song uses the lyric “my lipgloss makes you shine” as a metaphor for how love can make someone feel brighter and more radiant.
Featuring 10 tracks, including previously released singles “Half Moon Bay”, “Ten Thousand Teardrops”, “Telepathic Twin Flame” and “Seashell”, ‘Pour My Heart Out’ offers an intimate glimpse into Ivoris’ overflowing heart and the shimmering world within it.
