The feature makes compensation available when an eligible Fast Withdrawal exceeds its applicable processing time. Through the new feature, eligible customers may claim compensation equal to 100% of their withdrawal amount, up to ₱5,000 per transaction.
Customers can check the processing time that applies to their withdrawal and track its progress through the BingoPlus app.
Applicable processing times depend on the payment method and customer’s VIP level:
• GCash, Maya and Coins.ph: More than 5 minutes
• Bank card withdrawals: More than 60 minutes
• VIP Level 6+ users and above: More than 3 minutes
Once an eligible Fast Withdrawal exceeds its processing time, a Delay Compensation notice will appear, and customers can tap Claim to submit their request. Claims are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions. Customer service and VIP concierge support are also available to customers who need assistance with their funds or withdrawals.
