VIA GRAPHIC PLUS — In a digital age where convenience is currency, Astrotel is redefining hospitality loyalty with the Galaxy Loyalty Card, a fully digital membership experience designed for travelers who expect more from every stay. Launched on September 29, 2026, the program brings together room discounts, redeemable points and partner perks to make returning visits more rewarding.

The launch captured the playful spirit of the space-themed hotel brand, with games and activities adding excitement to the celebration. Joining the event were Astrotel senior managers Danifer Calma and Maricar Cunanan, along with Ms. Sue Geminiano, Corporate Marketing Head.

Excitement began building before the official launch through Astrotel’s Peel Off campaign. Members of the public peeled stickers from a giant wall, gradually revealing the Galaxy Card image underneath. The stickers offered up to 30 percent off room rates, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions. The interactive activity gave participants a role in unveiling the card while offering another reason to visit Astrotel.

Peel, reveal and save. Participants join Astrotel’s Peel Off campaign, removing stickers to reveal the Galaxy Loyalty Card image and enjoying up to 30 percent off room rates.

With the Galaxy Loyalty Card, members can enjoy up to 20 percent off room rates on eligible stays and earn points for redemption on future visits, subject to program rules. Both the Galaxy Card’s discount and the Peel Off stickers’ discount apply exclusively to room rates.

Ms. Anna Mariel Quinto, Advertising and Promotions Manager of Astrotel, explained how members can turn their spending into rewards.

“For every 20 pesos spent, you will earn 1 Galaxy Point which is equivalent to P1 upon redemption. So, the more you stay, the more you earn, and the more rewards you can use for your next transaction. For example, if you already have 500 Galaxy Points, that’s already equivalent to P500 that you can claim or redeem on your next stay at Astrotel,” Ms. Quinto explained.

Beyond room savings, members can access selected meal offers, merchandise benefits and exclusive promotions at participating Astrotel branches and merchant partners, subject to each offer’s terms.

“What makes the Galaxy Loyalty Program different is that it is not only about earning and redeeming points. We want our members to enjoy exclusive promotions and benefits from Astrotel and our partner merchants,” said Ms. Mariel Quinto, Advertising and Promotions Manager of Astrotel.

Registration involves providing a mobile number and the required personal information, followed by verification through a one-time password (OTP). Registered members can then enjoy applicable privileges and promotions under the program.

The Galaxy Loyalty Card reflects Astrotel’s commitment to continuous improvement and digital innovation. By embracing technology in its loyalty program, the brand aims to make membership more convenient and respond to guests’ evolving expectations. The initiative complements Astrotel’s themed accommodations while supporting its goal of continually improving the guest experience

Ms. Mariel Quinto, Astrotel’s Advertising and Promotions Manager, shares the exciting perks of the Galaxy Loyalty Card, including room discounts of up to 20 percent, redeemable points and exclusive partner offers.

“We want our guests to feel that every stay at Astrotel is special. Through the Galaxy Loyalty Card, we can give our members more exclusive promotions, discounts and experiences that they can enjoy whenever they visit us,” Ms. Quinto said.

Astrotel also plans to grow its network of merchant partners, creating opportunities for members to enjoy benefits beyond hotel stays. For participating businesses, the program offers another way to introduce their products and services to Astrotel guests.

“We are open to more partners who want to join the Galaxy program so we can offer even more benefits to our members,” Ms. Quinto added.

Alagang Astrotel: Extending Care to Communities Nationwide

Alongside its guest rewards program, Astrotel formally introduced Alagang Astrotel, a CSR initiative intended to support underserved communities nationwide, including areas without an Astrotel branch.

According to Ms. Geminiano, the initiative builds on assistance that Astrotel had been extending even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Although a formal program was not yet in place, branches responded to individuals and communities that approached them for help.

Alagang Astrotel brings these efforts under a formal program, reinforcing the company’s commitment to community support. Its assistance has included help for people affected by calamities, with plans to reach more communities facing difficult circumstances.

Among the beneficiaries introduced during the program’s formal presentation was Nanay Marissa, a 59-year-old widow with nine children from Barangay Payatas, Quezon City. Her story highlighted the initiative’s aim to provide meaningful assistance and hope to families in need.

Ms. Geminiano also invited the public to nominate individuals who may need support by sending a message to Astrotel’s Facebook page. Nominations will undergo documentation and assessment to help the team understand each person’s circumstances and needs.

Through Alagang Astrotel, the brand seeks to extend its care beyond hotel stays and contribute to the well-being of the communities it serves.
