VIA GRAPHIC PLUS | MANILA, Philippines—Manulife Investment Management and Trust Corporation (Manulife Investments Philippines), the local asset management arm of leading international financial services provider Manulife, today announced the launch of the Manulife Global Diversified Real Asset Feeder Fund.

The Fund, previously known as the Manulife Global REIT Feeder Fund, has been converted to become an income-paying global multi-asset unit investment trust fund (UITF) that provides investors with access to a diversified portfolio of real assets from around the world.

As investors navigate an increasingly complex market environment, many are seeking solutions that have the potential to provide sustainable income, preserve purchasing power, and support long-term wealth creation. Meanwhile, transformative forces such as artificial intelligence, digitalization, infrastructure modernization, supply chain reconfiguration, and the energy transition are increasing demand for the real assets that underpin the global economy, from data centers and power networks to transportation infrastructure and natural resources.

“Real assets can play an important role in helping investors build more resilient portfolios by providing access to diverse sources of income and return. The Manulife Global Diversified Real Asset Feeder Fund brings together a broad range of global real asset opportunities into a single professionally managed solution, giving investors convenient access to asset classes that may otherwise be difficult to build and manage independently. Through this Fund, investors can participate in long-term structural trends shaping the global economy while pursuing their income and wealth-building objectives,” said Aira Gaspar, President and Chief Executive Officer, Manulife Investments Philippines.

The Fund seeks to deliver income and long-term inflation-adjusted returns through a diversified allocation to global REITs, listed infrastructure, natural resources equities, and U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS). By bringing together complementary sources of income, growth and inflation resilience within a single, professionally managed portfolio, the Fund provides investors with a differentiated approach to pursuing long-term wealth accumulation across market cycles.

The Fund is managed by Manulife Investment Management’s Multi-Asset Solutions Team, which oversees a global platform of multi-asset investment strategies. The Fund is accessible for a minimum investment of US$1,000 or PHP1,000.

Investors may open a UITF account online through Manulife iFUNDS. For more information, contact a Manulife Wealth Specialist or visit manulife.com/ph.
