The North and South Plazas will sit outside the residential core, bringing everyday services, dining, social spaces and other conveniences closer to residents while preserving the community’s quieter, low-density character. Together, the retail plazas are envisioned as natural extensions of daily life – adding spaces and opportunities to gather without compromising the privacy of the residential core.
The retail plazas will also feature contemporary low-rise architecture, expansive glass frontages and landscaped pedestrian walkways, complemented by mature shade trees and lush tropical greenery to create an inviting, garden-like retail setting for residents and their guests.
The Susana Heights redevelopment also includes upgrades to shared amenities, including the main clubhouse, covered tennis courts, an air-conditioned indoor basketball court, fitness gym, social hall and chapel.
