The stage values the contestants who see themselves as eagles and possess the ability to function as mediators to promote beauty, culture, and humanity. They should have knowledge, abilities, wit, and beauty embodying the qualities of the 4Ss: Smart, Spirit, Service Mind, and Simplify.

Indeed, the Mister and Miss Philippine Eagles 2024 pageant serves as a powerful platform to advocate for comprehensive, sustainable, and multisectoral strategies aimed at addressing the health and nutrition challenges faced by newborns, infants, young children, pregnant and lactating women, and adolescent females during the critical First 1000 Days (F1KD).
The Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles, Inc. was established on June 22, 1979, in Quezon City, specifically at Aberdeen Court. It proudly holds the distinction of being the pioneering fraternal socio-civic organization in the Philippines.
Central to its principles is the promotion of humanitarian assistance, while concurrently nurturing “Service through Strong Brotherhood” among its members. The organization’s core values are encapsulated within four pillars:
