Sagility Philippines Partners with Paywatch to Pioneer Financial Wellness Benefit for Employees

Share

Sagility Philippines, a leading global provider of technology-enabled business solutions and services to clients in the U.S healthcare industry, has partnered with Paywatch to launch a new financial wellness benefit that gives employees greater flexibility and security. The partnership brings Paywatch’s unique Early Wage Access (EWA) to Sagility employees to improve their financial well-being, reduce their reliance on loans and become self-sufficient.

With over 24 years of industry leadership, Sagility serves six of the top ten health insurance companies in the U.S. and has an average client tenure of 18 years. Sagility employs over 17,000 people in the Philippines alone, while employing more than 40,000 people globally. At Sagility, their people are the drivers of efficiency, transformation, and care. The introduction of EWA completes this holistic approach by addressing a critical component of employee well-being: financial health.

“We are committed to empowering employees with opportunities that improve both professional and personal well-being. When they feel supported, they thrive—not just at work, but in life.” said Atty. Jamea Garcia, Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Sagility Philippines.

Paywatch, a leading employee wellness platform, provides EWA, allowing employees to instantly access a portion of their already-earned salary. This empowers them to manage cash flow through their own earnings rather than turning to costly borrowing options. As part of this mission, Paywatch and its EWA solution are designed to prevent employees from unnecessarily taking on loans and strengthening their ability to manage their finances. From this commitment, Paywatch has been globally recognized by multilateral organizations, such as the UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) and International Labour Organization, as a financial inclusion champion over the years.
