For the past five years, the culinary event, with the support of Foods and Wines from Spain, has reached different parts of the world to share the gastronomic richness of Spain through its authentic flavors. Now, Spain Fusion is opening its doors to a mouthwatering world of premium and elevated flavors in the Philippines as the top brands from Spain bring over their best of the best products and ingredients.

The event is set to offer world-class culinary experiences through premium culinary ambassadors and best ingredients, something that will surely appeal to Filipinos based on a 2025 consumer insights report, Filipino consumers are more likely to choose premium quality products since they embrace taste, freshness, and health benefits when it comes to food.

By mixing local heritage with modern international flair, the country is proving that the kitchen is not just where great meals come from, but also a rising powerhouse for the local economy.

A launchpad for culinary innovation

Spain Fusion: The Premium Experience aims to capitalize on this opportunity as the event will serve as a launchpad for culinary innovation, open doors to international palates, and foster strategic partnerships for long-term business success.

Furthermore, pairing Spanish food brands with local cuisines creates a richer recipe for tourism. In the long run, the collaboration is expected to uplift the entire culinary scene and its extended communities, helping ensure the local economy remains thriving for the years to come.

Celebration of a shared passion for excellence

“More than a culinary showcase, Spain Fusion: The Premium Experience is a celebration of the shared passion for excellence that unites two vibrant cultures,” explains Benjamín Lana, managing director of Vocento Gastronomía.
