Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation and Gogolook, the developer of Whoscall, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a landmark collaboration in the Philippine insurance sector, extending customer protection beyond traditional insurance into a real-time and safer digital environment that protects customers from scams and helps them identify verified communications.

Second is Pioneer Insurance’s adoption of Whoscall’s Verified Business Number (VBN) service across its business lines, enabling customers to instantly identify verified calls through on-screen display of the company name and logo.

With more than 60% of users declining calls from unknown numbers, Whoscall’s VBN aims to reduce missed legitimate communications while preventing impersonation scams targeting policyholders.
