LUCENA CITY, Quezon: “Love your job and SM Management will take care of you, the way they love me,” Engr. AntolinPaule, SVP-EDD and Security Affairs of SCMC told the almost 200 security officers of SM City Lucena during the Joint Tactical Inspection on Saturday at the mall’s open parking.
Paule congratulated the mall’s security staff, led by Victor Glorioso, chief of Customer Relations Service, for their excellent performance to ensure the general safety of their clients. Paule also expressed pride because SM Lucena’s security personnel topped the JTI in 2017, besting the other 66 Supermalls’ security personnel.
After the Parade in Review and Inspection of Troops, Paule led the awarding of certificate of recognition to several security personnel for their good deeds in the course of the performance of their duties such as returning bags left by clients containing large amounts of cash.
This mall’s security force also topped the 2017 security audit, garnering 99.08 points. They also bested 40 other business establishments in the Firelympics competition for commercial and industrial category last month representing Lucena City and they will compete in the regional level on April 12 in Canlubang, Laguna.
