Belmont Hotel Manila at Resorts World Manila (RWM) recently held Belle, its first-ever fashion show in partnership with the Italian Chamber of Commerce on the evening of April 26 (Thursday).
Belle featured the works of young Filipino fashion designer Ched Dalagaog of Ched Studio. One of the fashion world’s up-and-coming talents, Ched’s works have been featured by Vogue Italia which recognized him as a rising star in contemporary fashion. He has also been a part of Milan Fashion Week, representing the Philippines at the Pitti Immagine super fashion trade show.
“We were excited to host world-class talents such as Ched and to be able to showcase his work to a local audience,” says Lorenzo Tang, General Manager for Belmont Hotel. “We were proud that our hotel can serve as the backdrop for his beautiful designs.”
Local fashionistas took in Ched’s works up close at the Belle fashion show which happened on April 26 at Rooftop 11, Belmont Hotel’s roof deck pool and bar, which features commanding views of the international airport and the metropolis. The elegant outdoor pool was transformed into a starlit runway for Ched Studio’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection.
