Come one, come all to Winford Manila on February 5

On Tuesday, February 5, luxury hotel Winford Manila Resort & Casino (WMRC) will hold its 2019 Chinese New Year celebrations throughout the property to usher in the auspicious Year of the Earth Pig.

Festivities are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. with a Ceremonial Eye-Dotting activity, a traditional Lion Dance, and a property wide merrymaking parade right by the hotel lobby entrance.

At 7:30 p.m. on the 2/F hallway, celebrity Feng Shui Master Hanz Cua will give a talk and share his insights on the good fortune each of us can expect this year, based on our corresponding Chinese zodiac signs.

No proper celebration is complete without a generous spread of glorious food, and Filipino-Spanish restaurant Copa de Manila located on WMRC’s ground floor has got that covered with an all-you-can-eat special featuring unlimited servings of scrumptious lechon all for the celebratory price of just PHP999 per person.

Available for lunch and dinner, other items on the buffet include roast beef, a pasta station, and various seafood specialties like fish coulibiac, to name a few. As an added treat, the first 30 guests will receive surprise giveaways.

Both members and guests are invited to partake in this feast fit for kings and queens from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Children aged 3-6 years will be charged just PHP275 and 7-12 years PHP400. Offer is good on February 5 only.

The 22-story Winford Manila Resort and Casino (WMRC) is located at the center of historical San Lazaro Tourism and Business Park in Santa Cruz.

Opened in 2017, WMRC offers 128 spacious rooms and handsome suites, minus the prohibitive rate typical of a luxury hotel. A 700-seater ballroom on the fourth floor is readily available to accommodate weddings, parties, and MICE events.

WMRC currently offers four food and beverage outlets—Choi Garden, Copa de Manila, Hippodrome Bar & Lounge, and Pool Bar—each of which captures the spirit of the Filipino-Chinese community wherein it is situated.

Completing WMRC’s world-class facilities are a three-level entertainment and gaming area, helicopter pad, heated swimming pool, gym and spa, retail outlets, eight-level parking structure, and shuttle service providing members and guests with free scheduled roundtrip transportation to the property from Caloocan, Bulacan, Quezon City, and other points in the Greater Manila Area.
