The Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) presented SM Foundation with an ANVIL for its Annual Report under the Public Relations Tools category.
It was judged based on the Annual Report’s content, concept design and creative execution, and impact in achieving SM Foundation’s PR objectives.
SM Foundation—the socio-civic arm of the SM Group—was founded by Henry “Tatang” Sy Sr., who until his demise served as the Foundation’s Chairman of the Board. As envisioned by Sy , SM Foundation pursues advocacies in education, health and wellness, outreach and livelihood as well as a religious advocacy with the guiding philosophy of “People Helping People” for a better future.
The ANVIL is presented annually by the PRSP and is the symbol of Excellence in Public Relations. It is awarded to outstanding public relations programs, tools and, now, practitioners after careful screening by select PR professionals and judging by a distinguished multi-sectoral jury.
