Foundever™ has hit the ground running in the Philippines following its global rebranding in March.
The leading outsourcing company formerly known as Sitel Group has opened the world’s very first hub bearing the new name Foundever in the Cybergate Galleria Cebu in Benedicto St., Cebu.
With this development, the company will make available +2,400 jobs across its three locations in Cebu City for the first half of 2023.
“This will not only contribute to our growth strategy, but also provide exciting career opportunities for talented individuals here,” said Mae Blanco, Talent Acquisition Director for Foundever, at the recent launch event for the Cebu hub, which is the company’s third overall in the city.
Dorothee Dalaine, Foundever Vice President for Global Associate Experience, disclosed that the company plans to fill a variety of roles across several industries, including customer service, technical and telecommunications support, healthcare services, financial and banking services and travel.

Ravi Iyengar, Foundever Chief Operating Officer for APAC, revealed that the company plans to continue its expansion in the Philippines. “In addition to our presence in Cebu, we will also be launching in Davao within the year.”
