SM Foundation program for farmers launched in Baguio, Benguet

In its ongoing commitment to revitalize the agricultural sector in the Philippines, SM Foundation proudly announces the expansion of its Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan program into Baguio and Benguet.

The program was launched in Sitio Liw-liw, Tuba, Benguet; Brgy. Calamay, Sablan, Benguet; and Purok 1, Happy Hollow, Baguio City.

Through the program’s launch, the SM Foundation intends to rejuvenate the agriculture sector by providing support and imparting additional knowledge on modern technologies, entrepreneurship, and various aspects of farming.

The SM Foundation continues to prioritize the development of the agriculture sector and strives to be a partner to farmers in promoting sufficient food production and agri-entrepreneurship in the country.

Since its launch by Henry Sy, Sr. in 2008, over 28,000 farmers have successfully completed the program.
