SM Foundation mobilizes relief ops after fire hits Manila communities

A massive fire tore through the low-income communities of Parola and Isla Puting Bato in Tondo, Manila, leaving an estimated 1,000 families homeless after their homes were gutted by the blaze.

In the aftermath, the SM Foundation and SM Supermalls activated its Operation Tulong Express (OPTE), providing about 800 Kalinga Packs, containing essential relief supplies, to the affected families as they work to rebuild their lives.
