Foundever™-Adamson MOA: Empowering senior high, college students for BPO industry

MANILA – Foundever™, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, and revered academic institution Adamson University recently signed a new memorandum of agreement further boosting their partnership to empower senior high and college students to meet the exacting standards of the modern job market.

The endeavor aims to create internship programs to level-up senior high and college students for the modern job market, provide greater learning and development for students and communities to excel in their jobs, and establish a talent acquisition program to identify and nurture skilled individuals.

The MOA signing coincided with the graduation of 30 senior high students under the BPO Immersion and Training for Senior High School (BITS) program.

Implemented through a partnership between Foundever and Adamson, the BITS program taught the students practical knowledge and skills through an authentic, insightful experience of the BPO industry. The first batch of BITS program graduates from Adamson completed a 10-day training sessions.

“The success of the BITS program, along with this MOA, are truly manifestations of the power, effectiveness, and life-changing benefit that results from combining academic and industry expertise. We look forward to further collaborations with Adamson University,” said Foundever Sourcing Director Jephte Moneda.

Present during the MOA signing were Foundever Sourcing Directors Jephte Moneda and Joy Dela Cruz; and Adamson University officials Anna Valentine Morales, Head of Career and Placement; and Dr. Celso Mangaoil Jr., Director of the Center for Guidance, Counseling, Placement, and Testing Services.
