Laguna University COEd consistently surpasses national passing rates for LET exams

STA. CRUZ, Laguna – The Laguna University (LU) College of Education (COEd) once again surpassed the national passing rates in the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) for Elementary and Secondary Education with an impressive 86.67% and 81.48%, while those of the nationals were at 46.77% and 62.27%, respectively.

In September 2024, LU garnered 87.27% for Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) and 83.90% for Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), while the national passing rates were 45.51% for BEEd and 56.88% for BSEd.

Moreover, in March 2024, LU achieved 93.75% for BEEd and 75% for BSEd, higher than those of the nationals at 46.67% and 58.78%, respectively.

In the September 2023 LET exams, LU garnered 90.74% for BEEd and 82.14% for BSEd, again higher than the national passing rates of 47.01% for BEEd and 56.26% for BSEd.

Furthermore, LU achieved 88.37% for BEEd and 69.77% for BSEd, higher than those of the nationals at 40.76% and 46.94% for BSEd in the March 2023 LET exams.
