In a rare feat for any local government unit (LGU), the City Government of BiΓ±an has earned the highest degree of audit opinion for 2024 from the Commission on Audit (COA).

BiΓ±an LGU got COA’s β€˜unmodified opinion’—the highest audit rating rendered by the state auditor after concluding that the city’s financial statements were presented fairly and free from material misstatements.
